I had an issue with my order and was ready to keep screenshots and chase it up if needed, but customer service got back to me really quickly. They sorted it out without making it a big deal, which I appreciated. Nice to have it handled before it turned into a headache.

I’d been checking a few places and kept running into the same pattern: every site had the jacket, but not in my size. Ted Baker actually had it in stock, which was a nice surprise. I found it quickly, checkout was straightforward, and the whole thing was easy enough. I’d definitely use tedbaker.com again.

I’ve always liked their stuff, and compared to a lot of other places I’ve ordered from, the quality feels more consistent. The clothes hold up well, and I haven’t had a bad order from them yet.

The staff were nice once I got somebody, and they helped me find the sizes I needed and all that. It just took a little while before anyone noticed I needed help, which was a bit awkward standing there. Not a bad experience, just kind of slow in that way

I had to send back a jacket because it just didn’t fit right. I know returns can be a hassle and people like to complain about refunds taking forever, but mine was back in my account within a few days. Maybe I got lucky, but the whole thing was straightforward and I didn’t have to chase anyone.

"Fabric feels really nice"
I ordered a shirt from tedbaker.com the fabric feels great. It’s soft without being flimsy, and it hangs really nicely when you’ve got it on. I was expecting it to maybe feel a bit stiff at first, but nope, it was comfy straight away. Feels like it’ll hold up well too. Really happy with it and I’d definitely buy again...

I’ve ordered from tedbaker.com a few times now and, i’ve been happy with everything. The clothes feel like decent quality and they’ve held up fine after washing, which is always a plus. I picked up a jacket in the sale and it looks way more expensive than it actually was. Delivery was smooth too. Paying full price for some of this stuff feels a bit unnecessary when the sale deals are that good, but overall I’m really pleased

I ordered my normal size and yeah, it fit really well. Not too tight, not too loose... just kind of exactly what I was hoping for. The sleeves were a good length too, which I’m always a little unsure about, but no issues there. Overall, happy with how the sizing worked out.

I’ve ordered from Ted Baker a handful of times now. Not constantly, but enough. i just really like their style. The clothes have that slightly different look without feeling over the top. Nice colours too. Patterns that actually work, which isn’t always easy to find.
The website’s simple to use as well. I’ll go on just to look, then somehow end up spotting something I didn’t even know I wanted. Happens a lot. It can be a bit expensive, yes, but for me the designs usually make it feel worth it

"Nice clothes, just a bit pricey"
I do like Ted Baker stuff and the website is easy to get around, but the prices feel a little steep for me. Sales definitely help, but even with discounts some things still seem expensive. Anyway... I’d probably shop there more often if the offers were better or came around more regularly. Overall, it’s fine, just not something I’m obsessed with
